We had carbon monoxide alarms x2 go off 2 weeks ago. We called the fire department and they shut off the furnace. It was -30 that day! I then called Lower and they had a man here to look at it 3 hours later. I am so impressed with the entire team that got us up and warmer after the parts were shipped here! Thank you so much!

My A/C was not working at my office, I called at 9:30ish in the morning when it was super hot out a couple of weeks ago. A very personable tech showed up just a couple hours later! I was so appreciative! After working at a formerly local competitor for almost a decade, I was so glad to see the helpfulness of a locally owned Topeka company! Way to go Lower! You are appreciated!

I received an estimate one afternoon, they were here the next morning to do the job. The work is professional, was done in minimal time and disruption to myself, the technicians were knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use Lower again.

My AC stopped working at the beginning of the heatwave. They did come out the same day and checked everything out and found the circuit board was the issue. They went to the dealer, got the circuit board, luckily still under warranty, and they came back out to install it. The company and techs were doing a great job during this all.

Lower plumbing had a technician come out within an hour of being called to address the issue with my furnace shutting off periodically. Aaron arrived at the scheduled time and was able to repair the furnace. He was professional and courteous and explained that was done to get the furnace working again as it should. Aaron leaned the work area before he left. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend Lower Plumbing.

My parents used the company for everything loved them. Then when I got my own house I decided to try them. Wasn't disappointed they have helped me even if I didn't have enough money. Recently had a problem with my Lower central heating system ... or so I thought. I called Lower and they had someone out to my house in less than an hour. Repairman found out very quickly through diagnostics it wasn't the heating system -- I had no propane and even went out to my tank to confirm. Fast forward a couple of days after propane was delivered and now the hot water heater is not working. Called propane company and they tell me call plumber. So I call Lower again. Again, someone at my door quickly, less than 30 minutes. Determined nothing wrong with water heater and that the propane company didn't re-light the water heater after doing leak test! So very appreciative to Jennifer, Craig, and Kennedy for quick service & patience with me. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We just bought a house that didn't have a water shut off valve and a leaky washer hook up. Jennifer was very nice and friendly on the phone and got someone over that day to make sure we weren't missing the valve (we weren't) She even called to remind me of the appointment. Kennedy showed up during the scheduled time and got right to work. Will definitely use them again.

Their attentiveness to customer concerns and attention to the details addressing those concerns is impressive. Jennifer (Office Personnel) is courteous, and professional as well. The gentlemen showed up on time and were politely wearing masks for Covid19 concern. They got right to work and replaced two hot water heaters which were leaking. They performed the job professionally and courteously. They entire job was accomplished in a short period of time. They cleaned up after themselves and left. The work is of the highest quality and expertly accomplished. My hat is off to Lowers for their work and their great employees.

Wow ! These guys are awesome. Had main sewer line replaced and they showed up as scheduled, gave a prompt and competitive bid, completed work above expectations. Such a great experience. Had several reasons to continue calling Lower Plumbing and Heating over the years. Always able to fix the problem fast with reasonable charges. Great customer service from tech and office staff. When we call for plumbing and heating/air conditioning services, we receive a quick response from everyone. Last visit, fixed problem in 15 minutes!! Thanks for all you do, your work is appreciated!

Our geothermal unit broke down and the company that put it in went out of business so the manufacture recommended Lower’s. Luckily the parts were under warranty and Lower’s worked with the geothermal company to get the parts. They installed the parts and it is working good now. They responded quickly when we called and they worked with our schedule. We will be using them for future work.

Being an HVAC engineer I knew I had an issue when my outdoor heat pump wasn’t running. From the very first call, Lower was responsive, knowledgeable and professional! They had the unit ordered in and replaced within 48 hours. They went above and beyond to improve my setup and pay attention to every detail. I was very pleased with the service I received this morning to repair and move outdoor hydrants. The plumber assessed an existing problem, offered a couple of options for resolving it, and got it taken care of quickly when I chose the route to take. Just had the best experience with Lower plumbing! We tried to do a simple job ourselves, which ultimately turned into a MUCH bigger job due to our outdated kitchen sink plumbing. We were without our sink and dishwasher with everyone stuck at home. I called and Jennifer and Rory were able to get someone out right away. They rebuilt the plumbing under our sink and replaced our garbage disposal. Lower is a great local business that goes above and beyond to do the job right and at a great price! Thank you!
