Thank you taking good care of us. We had a service agreement just last month was over for the yr. Its the coldest day of season an at 2 am furnace went out in an old farm house. Tech was at the house shortly after 6am. Changed igniter, then had to go back to town for pressure switch moments later we had heat! Thank you! You are always recommended by me!

We've used Lower a couple of times at our daughter's house, once for heater and lately on her AC. We've put Lower on our do- call list
for heating and AC . We've used another company lately and weren't entirely satisfied.
Adam did a great job on AC and explained things to my wife. I'm not sure who worked on the heater but they also did a mighty fine job.
The charges are a reasonable hourly rate plus materials. I don't appreciate bs of some other companies.

This morning our sump pump stopped working. I called for an emergency work order through our property management group and Lower was here in less than an hour and replaced our sump pump! The work was done in less than 30 minutes and the gentleman that came out was extremely professional!! This isn’t the first time we have had services provided through Lower and every single time we have a positive experience!! If you need HVAC or plumbing services give them a call! You won’t regret it!

Lower was very professional and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable. And he answered ALL my questions very very well. I recommend Lower for all services. Thank u Lower for helping in time of need. Also it was extremely hot when i called for help and they set an appt for the very next day. And also gave me the option to come if it was an emergency. Very pleased.

Lower Plumbing Heating was outstanding! I called on a Friday and had an appointment scheduled by Tuesday. The job was tough, but Adam and Caleb handled it with professionalism and care. Adam was courteous and clearly an expert. Despite challenging conditions, they got it done right. I’m extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend them!
