Another large reputable HVAC company in town told me my heat exchanger was broken during a routine maintenance call. The system was only 15 years old and we had not experienced any problems. Not only did they tell us the part was not under warranty, they quoted us an obscene amount of money to replace it so I asked for a replacement quote. I called Lower for a second replacement quote and after speaking with Todd about my experience, he encouraged me to have a second opinion about the heat exchanger and also that he was surprised that it was not under warranty. So I had Lower come run diagnostics on my furnace and they not only found absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace, they even called and found that the heat exchanger would be under warranty if it was bad. Thank you Lower!! You saved me a ton of money and headache and you now have me as a lifelong customer. Stacy L

Came out for a repair. They showed up on time (a little early actually) and got it done quickly. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Charged exactly what they quoted me. Luckily it was an easy fix.
